Helmdon House, a charming former vicarage dating back to 1836, it is nestled on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Helmdon in Northamptonshire. Set in a large garden and boasts an outdoor swimming pool, several delightful outdoor and indoor seating areas and a hard tennis court. The house is set in six acres of gently rolling fields, where horses graze peacefully, offering ample opportunity for exploring and collecting conkers. At the rear, the house merges with the stunning Northamptonshire countryside, where a network of picturesque footpaths beckon for leisurely walks, maybe to the pub for lunch?

Step inside and you will find a stunning period home with an abundance of character and original features. Character is added throughout the house with two hundred years of family treasures and antique furniture. You will dine in elegance either in the stunning dining room adorned with family portraits or in the bright Orangery looking out onto the charming 13th Century village church. If the weather allows it there are further eating areas in front of the pool and on the terrace overlooking the church.

There are seven bedrooms which can sleep up to 14 people. It is the perfect setting for a large family get together or an escape to the country. The dining room and kitchen table are comfortable with 10 people.
